Blake Lively has made it clear that she’s been working hard to get super fit after having her third daughter—and she just showed off the results at New York Fashion Week.

The 34-year-old actress rolled up to the Michael Kors Collection Fall/Winter 2022 fashion show in a stunning bra top with a matching pencil skirt and jacket, accessorizing the whole thing with red lipstick and killer abs. Her husband, Ryan Reynolds, shared a snap in his Instagram Stories of Blake posing on the street alongside a slew of cartoon hearts which, aww.

Of course, Blake didn’t get those abs by accident. Her trainer Don Saladino told Women’s Health UK that he’s big on getting his clients fit for life. “Every single person who does my program day in, day out finds their bodies change for the long haul,” he said. “It’s not a case of weight loss that you gain back. These are long-term, attainable changes and they work.”

Blake thanked Saladino back in 2018 for helping her get fit after one of her pregnancies, pointing out that it took time. “Turns out you can’t lose the 61 lbs you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through Instagram and wondering why you don’t look like all the bikini models,” she captioned a shot of herself and Saladino at the gym. “Thanks @donsaladino for kickin my A double S into shape. 10 months to gain, 14 months to lose. Feeling very proud 💪😁💪.”

Saladino actually shared a sample of one of Blake’s workouts with Harper’s Bazaar Australia, and it’s no joke. After starting out with yoga stretches, Blake does a bunch of circuit training that includes push-ups, broad jumps, farmer’s carries, dumbbell work, squats, and rows.

While it's hard work, Blake gives credit where it's due. She thanked Saladino and her other trainer, Jenny Campion in August on her Instagram Stories “for kicking my ass. And lats. And other muscles I don’t know the name of” after hitting up the Free Guy premiere.

But despite all of her hard work, Blake pointed out that she’s not really into indoor exercise. “I hate the gym,” she previously told Extra. Instead, she said, she’d rather be active outdoors. “I find other ways to be active,” she said. “I dance, I ride bicycles, I hike. I go out and exercise in nature. I find ways to be physical where you're also having an experience because I'm very experience-oriented."

Still, she now works out with Saladino up to six days a week, according to Well + Good. Get it, Blake!
