If you haven’t seen Nicole Kidman on the cover of Perfect Magazine yet, run, don’t walk, to take a peek at this epic photo shoot. I promise, you won't be disappointed.

Nicole, 55, got busy showing off just how jacked her arms, legs, and well, everything was in this shoot with photographer Zhong Lin.

In the first photo, Nicole shows off her toned body in a Glenn Martens set. Her colorful top is paired with a barely-there wrap bottom that put her muscular arms and legs on full display. The asymmetrical haircut she's rocking is one only Nicole Kidman could pull off. Truly, Nicole has never served stronger looks.

In a second shot, the actress dons oversized black Diesel boots and a drapey black bodysuit that highlights her sculpted legs. I’m simply living for all of this.

If you’re curious how the Big Little Lies star stays in such stellar shape, the truth is, she hasn't talked about it in a while, but she has definitely tried lots of different activities to get her heart pumping over the years. "I run, ride my bike, do yoga, whatever I can do and wherever I am in the world," she told The Los Angeles Times back in 2014.

She also used to try to double her workouts with family time whenever possible. "We try to exercise as a family, which makes it much easier to squeeze in among everything else and, of course, much more enjoyable," she told the newspaper.

While this interview was way back in 2014, the general gist of her sentiment about exercise rings true: “Get out with your family, have some fun, don’t take it too seriously, and make health, fitness, and nutrition an important part of your life. Ultimately your health, both physical and emotional, is the basis for everything," she said. Amen!

In general, Nicole has done everything from sports, running, and yoga, to simple walks with her kids and husband, Keith Urban.

When it comes to fueling her body for all that movement, Nicole has previously followed the 80-20 approach, or eating healthy food 80 percent of the time and indulging your cravings 20 percent of the time. "I’m just not someone that believes in denial. It’s walking a path that’s ultimately 80 percent healthy, 20 percent…sometimes it falls to 70," she told Women's Health back in 2013.
