Sunsets are always great, but they're even better when you're on vacation in a beautiful locale. Jessica Simpson knows the deal, and she took the time to strut her stuff in the sand. Jessica donned a cut-out swimsuit in a new vacay Instagram photo that shows off her mega-toned abs and long, strong legs. Now, that sounds like a fabulous beach walk.

And if you thought Jessica was finished there, well, guess again. The singer followed up her sunset stroll post with a strong bikini pic that once again put her mega-toned body on full display.
Only days after giving birth to her third child, Jessica called her long-time fitness trainer Harley Pasternak. The two worked together to make positive changes in the singer's day-to-day immediately after her pregnancy, People reported.
Pasternak previously helped Jess regain her strength after her pregnancies, but by the third time around, their strategy changed. "The difference between this and the other times was that she worked out, yes, but her transformation was more about what she did on her own time,” Pasternak told People.
Pasternak doesn't work with scales, he told People in 2019. Instead of focusing on the numbers, he prioritized keeping track of Jessica's healthy habits. And Jess wasn't pressed about the number on a scale, either, she told Today in 2021. "I just want to feel good," she said.
Jessica's post-pregnancy journey started out with simple steps: She literally just began walking. First, she tried to hit a 6,000 daily step goal, before gradually working her way up to 14,000 steps a day, per E! News.
The singer also returned to the gym for three, 45-minute sessions a week. Trainers were awed by her hard work and success. "You have worked your ass off and the reward is priceless!" a trainer shared in a congratulatory Instagram post. "I’ve been training for 10 years now and I have never been more excited for a client transformation."
Jessica is also mindful of how she's fueling her body for her workouts. She followed Pasternak's Body Reset Diet, which includes three meals and two snacks every day. Each meal includes protein, fiber, and fat, while snacks are a combination of protein and fiber, or protein and fat.
Clearly, Pasternak is on to something because Jessica is as strong and toned as ever!
